  Attorney Jessica D. Thomas, is the Owner/Principal Attorney of Thomas Law Firm PLLC. Practicing in all areas of Family and Dependency Law, since early 2015. Attorney Thomas has a fervent passion for community service and maintains her connection to community through being the President of the Central Florida Women’s Resource Center, mentoring at Flowers Temple Church and Take Stock in Children Seminole County.She manages her growing Law Practice and her service commitments, all while raising a 20-month-old son and 2-week old daughter, and continuing to be a dedicated Wife to her Husband of over four (4) years.

Sara Van Arsdel served as the Executive Director of the Orange County Regional History Center and the Historical Society of Central Florida from 1986 to 2014 when she retired.

She currently serves as an Elder and Trustee at Winter Park Presbyterian Church and on the WPPC Preschool Board. She is the immediate past president of the Central Florida Women's Resource Center, and is also a member of the League of Women Voters, UCF Town and Gown, UCF Women's Club, and Florida Executive Women. She also served on the Board of Dr. Phillips, Inc. and Dr. Phillips Charities.

She volunteers in numerous community activities and spends time with her son, daughter-in-law, two grandsons, friends and husband.


Kathy is a CPA serving as an audit senior manager in the BDO Orlando Office.  She has 15 years of public accounting experience with both local and national accounting firms.   She is an active member of the firm's recruiting committee and is also deeply involved with internal training initiatives.  Outside of the office, she proudly services as treasurer for the WRC and is also involved with the Take Stock In Children program serving as a mentor to young students.

Beverly J. Noble, is a financial advisor with the Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Marshall and Associates and has been in the financial field for over 22 years. She often refers to something Warren Buffet once said, “it only takes two things to succeed as an investor- first having a reasonable plan and second sticking to it and that it’s the sticking to it part that most investors struggle with”.

Beverly worked as an Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, an Orange County Public Health Nurse, a Nursing Instructor and later a high school teacher, teaching classes in Health Careers to high school students.

As a Board member of Women’s Resource Center, she continues to be passionate about being a resource to women in our community in need.
